▌Product Introduction
Emulsion pump is a kind of precise combination of rotor and stator, which generates strong shear force in high-speed rotation to achieve the purpose of mixing, crushing and emulsification. High efficient online dispersion equipment, installed on the pipeline, can continuously process materials. Emulsion pump can be used for continuous emulsification or dispersion of multiphase liquid medium, as well as to transport low viscosity liquid medium. It can also realize continuous mixing of powder and liquid in proportion. Widely used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, chemical, mining, paper making, water treatment and other fine chemical industries.

1. Two to six layers group of rotators and stators in the working chamber are available;
2. Optional jacket to heat or cool materials;
3. The yield range 1~15m 3/ H (water as medium);
4. It can be applicable for high-temperature operation;
5. SUS304 or sus316 are available, which meets the sanitary standard;
6. Flange or shortcut connection type can be selected.

1. The maximum treatment capacity takes water as the reference medium;
2. High temperature, high pressure, explosion-proof, flammable and corrosive environment can be customized.
